The problem it solves
A lot of selling happens in chat today: the same questions repeat, orders get lost between conversations, and there is no clear picture of what sold.
How we designed it
Clear product pages and a short checkout. Each order lands on a tidy board with statuses (new, preparing, out for delivery, delivered).
