The problem it solves
As items and branches grow, it gets hard to know the real quantity in each warehouse, so orders get duplicated or popular items run out unnoticed.
How we designed it
Everything is built around item movement: in, out, transfers and sales. Quantities and reports are calculated from that automatically instead of by hand.
